By accessing or using Global Bush Co-Working Space facilities, services, or website in Douala, Cameroon, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Introduction
Global Bush Co-Working Space ('Global Bush', 'we', 'us', 'our') operates a coworking facility at Bonamoussadi, between Carrefour Samuel Eto'o and Carrefour Macon, Douala, Cameroon. These terms govern your use of our physical spaces, services, and website (gbcoworkspace.com). By booking a desk, office, meeting room, or any service, you enter into a binding agreement with us.
Services
We provide coworking desks, private offices, virtual office addresses, meeting and conference rooms, and business registration support. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are published on our website and may change at any time with reasonable notice. All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person. Hourly and daily bookings are confirmed immediately upon payment. Monthly plans require a signed agreement and first-month payment. Cancellation policies vary by service: hot-seat and day passes are non-refundable; monthly plans require 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to cancel any booking with a full refund if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from providing the service.
User Obligations
- Use the space and facilities lawfully and respectfully
- Maintain reasonable noise levels in shared areas
- Keep your personal belongings secure — we are not liable for lost or stolen items
- Comply with all health, safety, and fire regulations posted on site
- Not use the space for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, drug offences, or harassment
- Not disturb other members or guests
Membership & Payments
Membership plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are due on the first day of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in suspended access. All prices are in XAF (Central African CFA franc) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept mobile money, bank transfer, and cash.
Virtual Office & Mail Handling
Virtual office clients authorise us to receive mail and parcels on their behalf. We will notify you when mail arrives. We are not responsible for items lost in transit or after collection. Mail forwarding is available at additional cost. The virtual office address may only be used for lawful business correspondence and business registration purposes as permitted by OHADA regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Global Bush Co-Working Space unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Global Bush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our facilities or services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or theft. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our facilities immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other members, our staff, or our reputation. Monthly members may terminate their membership with 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon and the OHADA uniform acts. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Douala, Cameroon.
